Contrary to the title, this book does not suck at all! in this one we are in the timeline of the Fleas Book but now in the perspective of another and the events that happened to her. Violet after almost dying finds herself to be in between human and Vampire. Having all the powers but without the drawbacks. we see here how she was finally able to confess to her long time crush Cindy. They navigate the last week of school with their friends as mentioned in Fleas. while trying their best not to be taken away by the government. A nice short/novella a bit slow for the size but as usual from Schubach, if you like the author's stories and styles it is a sure pleaser, quite frankly it is rare to find an author that any of their series, stories are equally enjoyable.
This book most definitely don't suck lol. I love that we are getting to know the girls in their own books that are taking place during the same time frame. It's fun seeing the different pov of the same events and have planks filled in by others story's. Wonderful read
Cute story.
This is Erik Schubachs second book in his young adult paranormal/romance series. Very well written book, I love this series.
Another awesome delivery by Erik. It takes place at the same time as Fleas (book 1). We learn of the fang girl and how Vi and Cindy get together. Erik brings in the evil government spies, and lays some possible bad guys (or the mystery person may be a girl) for later books.
On the side note, with the ending of Fleas, you know how the story ends, but Erik does keep you guessing how it will come to pass. Don't fret that you know the ending, because it's all in the journey.
This was a great story! Just enough drama, hijinks and teen angst to make it interesting. The characters were awesome and wonderfully like able. I'm looking forward to reading more of this fun band of friends that always seem to have each other's backs.
